CGM透過連續血糖記錄,發現實際血糖波動線型,被認為可提供糖尿病患者更好的血糖控制(1),台灣本土研究中亦顯示血糖波動與氧化壓力呈正相關,可能提高併發症風險(2);另有研究指出,每增加10%的Time in range(TIR)出現蛋白尿的機會可降低6%(3)。
Time in range(TIR)是指血糖控制在目標範圍內的時間百分比,而血糖控制目標通常設定於70-180 mg/dL之間。
